TrIp To WyOmInG! Yellowstone, Casper, Cheyenne & Everywhere In Between :)

Okay I promise I'm not a blog addict, I'm just trying to catch up on all our fun adventures over the summer before the craziness of the semester settles in... ugh! ANYWAYS....
We had SO much fun on our trip to Wyoming!
We were planning on leaving on Friday the 21st, but Wednesday at like 4 or 5pm Trent's like "We could leave today..." So we packed up in about 10 minutes and we were outta here! Haha
By the time we made all our stops in Salt Lake, we left around 8pm! So we kept driving until we couldn't keep our eyes open, and ended up in Rexburg at like 1am. We found a random dark church parking lot, and slept in our car (not the most comfortable bed ever) until I wake up to Trent starting the car at like 5 in the morning!! I was like "What are you doing??" Trent: "It's light! Let's go!" So we had an early start and were off to Yellowstone!! It was SUCH a pretty drive! We saw the sun rise and it was all cool and crisp, mmm...
We stopped at the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center right as they were opening and feeding their bears & wolves.
When we were watching the wolves walk around in this pond, they were all looking around in the water for something...
For this!! We watched him catch a fish with his mouth in the middle of the water! It was crazy. Then we watched him take it away from all his friends, watch it for a while, bury it, then eventually eat it (crunches and all...)
We had a lot of fun at this place!
So we continued on to Yellowstone!
Being in the park not even 10 minutes... We saw...
This lil fella
ALL these cars were pulled over and he was there right across the river from OUR car! He came right down by the river's edge and was tearing apart this stump
Okay people, did you know there is like Hawaii worthy scenery in Yellowstone? Who woulda thought! I was amazed, this was SO pretty.
mmm have to admit, i love this pic. Should i send it to the postcard company? haha
Keep in mind this whole time it was like a little bit chilly, and windy as you are noticing, but still very sunny...
This should have been a large red flag in my head but no...
(Meaning I was getting sun but didn't know it)
 Trent took this lovely panoramic
We continued onward to Old Faithful. It wasn't as exciting as the other places we went, I thought it was actually kind of boring. Sorry Ol' Faithful.
It was kinda cool though, when we were there, the one behind Old Faithful went off at the same time, and then the one behind that one went off! The workers said it was pretty rare!
We Loved Yellowstone! We saw SO many animals & so many different things all in one big Yellowstone sweep! Little did I know, I had total racoon face (Sunglasses + Sun)
We were going to camp in Yellowstone, but couldn't find a good spot. And they were all full and you had to register and whatnot, so we just kept driving!
And driving....
And driving...
And driving........
We saw TONS of deer along the way. This little man has an EYE for seeing deer. Even when he was pointing one out to me I still couldn't find it! Haha. We had fun honking at them and watching all of them in the middle of nowhere.
These guys weren't too hard to see though.
Good shot eh?
Not to be explicit or anything but this was my sunburn I had no idea I was getting. You should have seen my nose, it was even worse. We're talking blistering & swelling. Trent's family can vouch for that one. Yikes.
We finally made it to Casper! That was the longest day of my life! But so fun to do the whole Yellowstone experience and drive to see Trent's fam! I had never been to Casper so it was so fun. The reason we went is because it was Trent's Dad's birthday so Ann arranged for us all to come into town and surprise him!
We floated the river with T & Will. The boys had to about save our lives, but we made it! Haha.
This picture makes me laugh so hard every time I look at it. Trent reminds me of the little kid on cheaper by the dozen!
haha!
Poor Hallie. She is definitely a little sister. She eggs Trent on all the time though, so I guess it's okay. This is Trent teaching her how to fight off all the boys :)
We all drove to Cheyenne for Frontier Days! It was SO fun. It is such a production, it's crazy. It is like the biggest thing that ever happened to Wyoming, haha. It was huge though!
 The largest outdoor rodeo! Ca-ra-zay!
Ken bought us all these lovely funnel cake things.
No we did not plan to match. We had SO much fun at the rodeo! It was a good show! We were lovin it :) Thanks Lauri Jo!
 haha
Cute lil Tiarra & Will . We have fun with them :)
T & I had to talk our way out of jail unfortunately. Fortunately it wasn't hard :)
This lovely Indian dancer was like a 9th degree black belt. Don't mess...
Lauri Jo bought us all tickets to see Jason Aldean later after the rodeo! So funny story, we saw this truck in a roped off area, so we asked this old guy if he would let us through to take a picture by it, and he said "Okay but only the girls." Haha who does that?! So us girls went and had him take our picture. And of course he had to cut off his name. Whatever.
You may think this next pic is a posed picture, but no! After he took our picture, he got on his 4 wheeler and I was like "Do you want your picture with Jason Aldean?!" He said no and then took a drink, right as I snapped a pic, haha. I thought it was funny!
I have never been bumped so many times in my life by so many totally random drunk people in my whole life. There. Were. So. Many. People. It was unbelievable. We got beer spilled (or thrown) at us and all. Every person had like 2 square inches of space. So we all got nice and cuddly :)
Even though we were totally crowded and trampled, this was one of my favorite parts of our trip. It was SO fun to hang out with Trent & his siblings & their special somebody's. His mom & Ken and his dad & Ann were even there too! It was just fun to be with just us 8 & be at a concert together! And we had to clump together, literally, way tightly, so people couldn't come between us. Talk about bonding time, haha just kidding.
 I love this pic!
Is this Jason Aldean? I'm really not sure, haha. I seriously only saw him for like a good 10 seconds cause there were so many darn tall people in front of me!
Note to Self: NEVER EVER EVER EVER bring a purse to a concert EVER again. I didn't mean to because I didn't know the concert was right after the rodeo, but seriously. Worst mistake of my life.
I didn't mean for this to be the longest blog post of the century, but it was just so eventful! So after the concert, it was beyond insane. Our feet hurt SO bad from standing and walking around all day and night, and we were beyond thirsty. Tiarra and I considered drinking from the gutter. There were SO many people trying to get on buses to go to the park ride, which was 1.8 miles away mind you, so the line was like at LEAST an hour and a half long. Tiarra & Will and Trent & I decided we wouldn't have it, so we decided to walk back to the car. Did we know where we were going? Not really. So we ended up walking through fields, up and down hills, running on a freeway for a second, and crossing lots of streets. It was so crazy but so funny. We were so tired! By the time we got to the car, we STILL beat the other guys that waited for the bus. And it was like 1am.
We got home at 4am :) another fun day!
Just thought I would add cute lil Rome. He is a doll, and he LOVES Trent. This is the face he always does to him right before he laughs & smiles. So dang cute.
We went to a park the next day & had a family BBQ. Once again, it was just so fun to have all of us in one place all together for once! The boys love frisbee.
And Trent's new styrofoam airplane haha.
Randy cookin!
Another float down the river! The girls went down on this huge tube! Wish I coulda taken the camera with us! I sound like a broken record, but it really was so fun.
Such a fun trip being with Trent's fam! We loved it! Thanks for the good times! :)
